Delete your OlympIQ account

You can request deletion of your OlympIQ account and the data associated with it at any time. Here's exactly how, and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email caresupport@olympiq.co.in from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my OlympIQ account."
  2. We verify the request is coming from the account owner.
  3. Your account and profile data are deleted from our systems, typically within 30 days. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Email, name, class, school, phone
Deleted from our servers within 30 days of a verified request.
On-device practice progress
Removed immediately when you uninstall the app, or anytime from your device's app storage settings — this never leaves your device.

Partial deletion

If you only want specific information corrected or removed rather than deleting your whole account — for example updating your class or removing your phone number — you can do that directly from your profile inside the app, or by emailing the address above with what you'd like changed.
