Follow testicular support

Leydig cells release androgens. Sertoli-cell androgen-binding protein concentrates androgen in seminiferous tubules, supporting spermatocytogenesis. Sertoli cells and FSH also support spermiogenesis, the conversion of spermatids to spermatozoa.

Finish the sequence outside the testis

After ejaculation, semen coagulates and temporarily limits sperm movement. Liquefaction in the female reproductive tract restores motility. Put hormone support first, germ-cell development next, spermiogenesis after that, and semen changes last.

OlympIQ exam lens

  • ✓Leydig androgens → Sertoli ABP concentration.
  • ✓Then spermatocytogenesis and spermiogenesis.
  • ✓Semen coagulates after ejaculation, then liquefies in the female tract.
OlympIQ trap

Do not place semen liquefaction before ejaculation or before sperm development.
