Count external genital structures
Mons pubis, labia majora, labia minora and clitoris are external genital structures. The fallopian tube and cervix are internal, giving four from the list.
Place the uterine layers
The endometrium is the inner glandular lining and changes cyclically. The myometrium is the thick smooth-muscle layer. Fertilisation usually occurs in the ampullary region of the fallopian tube.
